“What a great book! Independently written and published. Easy to read. Changed my life!

I first read The Thought Store in my 20’s, and changed my outlook on my life and career. The book starts with a pleasant, easy-to-read story that’s infused with lessons about positive thinking habits. The last third of the book is more practical — offering clear instructions for how to change your thinking habits that are easy to apply. I picked the book up again recently, almost a decade later, and found it to be more powerful than ever. I finished it in no time, and now I read a bit of it every morning before starting my day as a way of building my practice of healthy thinking habits.”

I caught myself doing it again!

“I caught myself doing it. Again! In fact, I caught myself doing it several times this afternoon. And it made me think back to the increasing number of times over the last 30 days that I have been utilizing the 8 Simple Thinking Habits outlined in Jeanne Marian Nangle’s book The Thought Store. For me, the book provides a framework on how easy it is to move your feelings, actions, and life into a positive direction. It comes down to recognizing the types of thoughts you have throughout the day, choosing to think good thoughts, and practicing the skills outlined throughout the book. I realize now that I am building habits that are changing the depth and direction of my life. I strongly recommend this book for any individual and I will be using it home and work environments as I go forward in my personal life and career.”

“Want greater energy, success and happiness? Who doesn’t? Yet it can be difficult to talk about the parts of our lives that need improvement. Jeanne Marian Nangle does this well.

The Thought Store is about unleashing the positive energy we already have within us. It’s a simple story, a quick read and a feel good piece. Henry George, the struggling manager of The Thought Store, questions the way he thinks. He learns 8 simple thinking habits for work and life. Realizing that he is attracting negative energy, he eventually learns how to shed his negative thoughts for thoughts that replenish energy. And from this journey we too gain the power of a practical guide to avoid low-vibe thoughts and replace them with high-vibe affirmations.

Thanks, Jeanne Marian Nangle, for a book I will read often, as will all who are in love with thoughts.”

“This idea, as well as the helpful suggestions on improving our thought process, has been discussed at length in our home since reading The Thought Store. Discussions began with asking my 13-year old daughter what thoughts she would replace and which thoughts she would like to “buy” if this was possible. A few days later she returned from school and told me she “bought” a thought when some classmates appeared to be making fun of her. She recognized her anger and embarrassment developing so she talked herself through it. She said she was not 100% sure they were laughing at her so she ‘bought’ the thought that she would not be offended and decided to continue to enjoy her day. She was very proud of herself and I was too! Thank you Jeanne for helping this mother get her very sensitive overthinker through the trials of middle school.”

“I really enjoyed reading this book. It was easy to read, entertaining and practical. It made me consider how my good, and not so good, thoughts impact my work and family life. Often, before I go to bed, I read the thoughts that relate to things that happened during my day. It also made a great gift for friends and co-workers.”
